Symposium: Virtual Planning 4.0

On 21.07.2017 the first symposium of regioLAB Bayern took place in the Schlossökonomie Gern/Eggenfelden. The Bavarian CeBIT showed the latest digital simulation and visualization techniques. The soform design team brought the 3D printing techniques of its FDM and SLA printers closer to the interested audience, closing the gap between virtual ideas / concepts and tangible products. With the AR product presentation (augmented reality), in which products could be viewed in a real space and disassembled into pieces by tablet or smatphone, soform design showed the possibilities of Industry 4.0.
